Friday nights in Notting Hill will now be rife with rumours and synonymous with secrecy as cool-for-cats culture spot MODE becomes *the* place to catch some of the biggest name djs in the world. Only catch is – you don’t know who it will be taking to the club’s state of the art decks til you get there.
As we’ve reported, opening night saw Rudimental, plus euro sensation Bakermat smash it – then hot on their tails were Groove Armada – and last Friday, as the club officially opened its doors to the public – none other than global superstar and all-round mentalist Seth Troxler became the latest addition to the ‘Unannounced’ night line ups.
Clubbers also get an amazing sonic experiece, courtesy of the unique Tri Motion soundsystem created by the clever bods at VOID but also some gob-smacking art from the team who create the Shangri La field at Glastonbury (yes, the one you get lost in and never come home…) including a massive spitfire looming over the dancefloor and a flame throwing church organ.
