Adam Kent was born in Durban, South Africa. He started clubbing at the age of 15, going to Plymouth’s Scream nights at The Warehouse and was heavily influenced at the time by the likes of Sasha, John Digweed and Carl Cox who all made regular appearances there.
Regular appearances this year with Bristol’s legendary Empathy have seen line up along the Worlds finest. He also produces under the Mariana name (with Bailey) and has appeared on Pro-B Tech previously.
Dollwalla is a chunky housey grooved deep voyage, brooding along with attitude, and then it drops to mysterious pad with haunting elements that glide you along and changes that path of the track with is infectious mood.
She So Heavy is a techie winner, with a nice underlying acidic feel, while the pads elevate and accelerate the heat. Deep and cool but big and bold.
Dulcet Bones is probably the moodiest of the cuts, it locks you in to its deep spell and draws you along while the enigmatic vibe encapsulates.
Three great tracks oozing of quality from Adam Kent and another winner from Pro-B Tech.
