Snoop Dogg and True Tiger ‘Be Like Me’

"Dubstep, you say...?"

If you thought Snoop was only interested in giant vegetables this week – you was fooled! In fact, he’s been messing with the jungle cats…

Here’s wha’happen…

  • Taken from Snoop Dogg x MistaJam x DJ Battlecat’s “Throw Your Dubs Up:
Dubstep LA Vol 2” mixtape due to be released for free download within
    the next 24 hours via
  • After hearing his Saturday night Radio 1 show, Snoop approached MistaJam and asked him to collaborate on the mixtape ahead of Jam supporting Snoop on his UK arena tour later this week.
  • Being a big fan of Dubstep, Snoop wanted some UK Dubstep beats for him and his Doggy Style Records family such as Kurupt, RBX, The Dogg Pound and Goldie Loc to spit West Coast street  tales over. The legendary West Coast DJ, DJ Battlecat was tasked with the job to put the final mix together.
  • Beats from the likes of True Tiger, Gemini,
Dream, 16 Bit, Redlight, Wire, Flux Pavilion and High Rankin were
chosen by Snoop and his camp and the viral video for Goldie Loc x
Roksonix hit YouTube over a month ago.
  • As part of the project, Jam also negotiated for one track from the mixtape to feature 3 of the UK’s finest MC’s – D Double E, Professor Green & P Money. Snoop chose the True Tiger produced ‘Be Like Me’ track (originally from D Double E’s Bluku Bluku EP) to be that UK/US collaborative track. New verses were recorded by D Double, Pro Green and P Money (who recorded his verses
while on tour in New Zealand) and the track was born.

Snoop Dogg ft P Money, D Double E & Professor Green x True Tiger’s “Be Like Me [Remix]” and the full mixtape can be downloaded FOR FREE at within the next 24 hours…
