Sponsor an event in the Oxford and Cambridge Goat Race!

Calling all bands, brands and local businesses: support a good cause and promote yourself via the medium of farmyard friends for a mere £150!

On March 26th at Spitalfields City Farm; Oxford and Cambridge, two of the bravest and fastest goats will take to the racetrack to compete – all in the name of raising money for the kind people who look after them and their furry or feathered friends.

The event spans a whole afternoon and the programme will run something like this:

13:00  Doors open, market and food stalls open

14:00   Music all afternoon at the Brand X Stage

15:00  The “How low can you goat” limbo contest

15.30   The Goat Cheerleader/dance performance

16:00  The Main Race

16:30  Raffles and closing ceremony

Now, fancy showing a bit of support? For £150 (plus the donation of a lovely prize if it is a competition) you could put your name to one of the following:

•The Official Goat Race Charity Bookie
•Music stage – where bands and performers play through the afternoon
•The V.I.Tree Bar – an exclusive bar/lounge/pampering suite in the farm tree house
•Art area – make you own goat masks etc, run by HungaMunga
•The outsiders’ (ie: all the other animals) – Come on all you underdog brands!
•Goat-e-oke – a kareoke lounge in the farm greenhouse
