BOMBAY SAPPHIRE LAUNCH THE FIRST CARDBOARD COCKTAIL GLASSES

Sip Sustainably from Monday 1 – Sunday 14 November

Bombay Sapphire, the iconic London Dry Gin, brings you the season’s most fashionable cocktail experience – the Bombay Sapphire Gardens cocktail served in limited edition sustainable Giles Miller cardboard cocktail glasses – exclusively at Saf Bar and Restaurant in East London (152 – 154 Curtain Road).

A world first, launching the trend of ‘sustainable socialising’: Bombay Sapphire has teamed up with hot, young designer Giles Miller to create these one-off, striking martini glasses, made entirely from card which will be available for Saf guests to take home.

Available exclusively at vegan and eco restaurant du jour, Saf, the Bombay Sapphire Gardens cocktail has been created by Joe Macanta, resident mixologist, using the freshest organic ingredients. A refreshingly light combination of Bombay Sapphire gin, crème de violette, elderflower and lavender syrup with a touch of rose water, Joe has created the cocktail especially for Bombay Sapphire’s boundary pushing
collaboration.

Retailing for only £10 per cocktail, the Bombay Sapphire Garden cocktail served in the Giles Miller cardboard martini glass, will be available exclusively at Saf from Monday 1 to Sunday 14 November.
